You are talking a little bit, at least Daddy thinks you are saying Dada.....don't tell him, but he's right!

February 2007: 6 months old

You are our little swedish chef! You are having so much fun and growing up so quickly. You love to bang on anything and hear the sounds. You are very curious and want to know everything that's going on around you.
You are getting up on all fours and started to bounce yourself around

You saw your 1st snowstorm and played in it on the swings

You made your debut in the media when we attended the fishin' show in Worcester

And you are already playing hide and seek!

Happy New Year January 2007 - 5 months old

You are 5 months old now and it's the new year. You love to eat your toes and auntie Erin likes to help you. You are drooling like crazy and chewing on anything you can find so we are waiting to see those teeth pop soon. You LOVE to bounce in the jump a roo. You laugh and could bounce for hours giggling and drooling the whole time.

Did I mention how cute you are?

You are digging the baby cookies and seem to be wrestling with this one

The bouncy makes you very happy and we laugh like crazy watching you in it

December 2006; 4 months old

Kyle got his 1st cold this month that turned into RSV. We were lucky that we caught it early and he did not need to be hospitalized, but he did need the nebulizer and although he didn't like it, he used it enough for the medicine to work thank goodness. He LOVES the jump a roo. He works this thing like nothing I've ever seen and I'm sure his legs and stamina will benefit in the long. He bounces up and down, back and forth, side to side and laughing the whole time. He could bounce for hours and we laugh and laugh at him. We've called friends over just to watch him bounce!

"A jump a roo session with Daddy"

It was also Kyle's 1st Christmas and the poor little guy was still sick with RSV. He still managed to get spoiled and recieved many gifts from all the people who loved him! It was also the Christmas that Mommy got her new camera......and the rest is history :) From now on the pics posted shall be a tad better!

"This is called what? Oh football! Thanks uncle Ed"

"Christmas card photo shoot #1"
"Let's see here, it goes in my mouth?" "What is that?"
"I have toes!"

"Loco is a nice headrest"
"No worries, I got this mom"

Kyle rolled over this month! He's also started drooling like nothing I've ever seen! Entire shirts soaking wet...no teeth yet, but they are on the way! Kyle is just the cutest most loved little boy. He's amazing us every step of the way. He's started to eat some baby food too. Believe it or not, he likes green beans and peas. He loves his boppy, sleeps in it, plays in it, chews it and Loco joins in for nap time too. He is also learning to hold his own bottle!

It was Kyle's 1st Thanksgiving and Auntie Erin made darn sure he got a taste of mashed taters. Yum yum

October 2006; 2 months old

You are 2 months old now and growing like a weed! We have been on many adventures already. You are laying on your belly and lifting your head up getting very strong. We spent some time with Auntie Alyss and David this month, we took you to your 1st King Richards Faire and it was your 1st Halloween too! You are a very curious little bubba boo. You are smiling now and you love to touch things to see what they feel like. You lay on your back and reach for your toys on the playmat. You love to grab onto fingers and get a really good grip. We visited Auntie Laura and the kids this month, watched Maddy play soccer, picked pumpkins and the kids played with you. Maddy loves to feed you and joe and jake love to hold you.

September 2006; 1 month old

You are so loved! Our 1st month together was filled with lots of learning for both Daddy and me. You had so many visitors and Mommy & Daddy had lots of help. Auntie Erin, Auntie Kelley, Mammy, Nana and the Papa's were over often. Holding you, feeding you, loving you every minute they could. We didn't sleep that much you and I because you liked to eat a lot all day long and during the night. But I didn't mind because it meant more time for us to get to know each other. Daddy was so proud of you. He couldn't believe how big and strong you were right away.

He loved holding you and feeding you. You didn't spit up much at all and you ate all your bubbas. Mommy stopped nursing after 2 months and you were already strong and eating too much for me to keep up. You and I would take naps together during the day on the couch. Loco and the kitty's would join us for nap time, they love you. Louis would watch you from across the room to make sure you were always safe. You loved being held and sitting in your boppy more than anything. You didn't like the swing or bouncy seat much at all. I think because you liked to be a part of the action.
Mommy loved dressing you up in all your new clothes. They were so tiny! You did lots of poops and were very healthy right from the start. You and Daddy spent a lot of time hanging out and watching tv getting to know each other. You had many friends from the start. We got to see Auntie Sue and Evan all the time! You two would lay together and reach for each other with big smiles. (maybe gas, but we liked to say smiles)
Mommy always took A LOT of pictures of you so you got used to the camera very early. I think you liked it :)

August 2006

Welcome Kyle! You were born on Sunday, August 6th 2006 at 8:40PM. It was incredible to see your face after so many months of wondering what you'd look like, and worrying about you making it into this world safe and healthy. And you did! The entire family was in the waiting room the whole day waiting to meet you and it was worth every minute to each and every one of them when they walked through the door and saw you for the 1st time. We had a nice hospital stay, the nurses and Dr.'s were very nice and they all loved you. You were born with blue eyes and lots of blonde hair. You were a big boy at 8lbs 14oz and you were strong right away holding your head up on your own. The 1st few nights trying to nurse were tough and you were hungry but we ended up getting the hang of it. The drive home from the hospital was nerve racking. Daddy was driving and mommy was in the back seat with you. You looked a bit uncomfortable and turns out mommy had the seat too upright for you and that was why! Daddy drive home very slowly....... The 1st person you met at home was Loco Dog!
